Place the chicken in a bowl
Soak the bread in a little water, squeeze well, and add it to the chopped chicken, along with the egg, parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix all ingredients well and shape into croquettes
Heat the oil in a large frying pan
Add the croquettes to the hot oil, flipping them frequently until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Serve with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley
