Preheat the oven to a high temperature
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper
Sauté the garlic in butter over low heat until golden brown
Add the chopped parsley and breadcrumbs, stirring well
Set aside
Coat the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture and place it in the oven at a high temperature for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
If desired, serve with sautéed vegetables.
