3 cups of cooked rice
300g of ground meat
1/2 cup of chicken liver, diced
1/2 cup of chopped onion
5 green pimentos, diced
1/2 cup of red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
100g of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Butter for greasing
Breadcrumbs for dusting

In a medium bowl, combine the ground meat, chicken liver, onion, pimentos, bell pepper, half of the tomato sauce, and salt
With butter, grease a 22cm diameter form with removable bottom and dust with breadcrumbs
Distribute the mixture in the bottom and sides of the form. Reserve
In another bowl, mix cooked rice, remaining tomato sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese
Place the mixture on top of the meat mixture and press down firmly
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 1800C preheated oven for 25 minutes
Remove the foil, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake again for an additional 10 minutes
Let cool slightly before serving.
