1/2 cup milk
ice crushed

Place the hot coconut milk and gelatin in a blender container
Blend on high speed for 40 seconds
Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract
Blend well again
Remove the lid and without stopping the motor, add the cold coconut milk, milk, and enough crushed ice to bring the liquid up to the top of the blender container
Blend a few more seconds and pour into a bowl
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve.
