1/4 cup natural yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk, desaturated
1 or 2 walnuts
1/2 banana or 1/4 cup of another fresh fruit of your preference

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is creamy and the walnuts are crushed
If you want a smoother consistency, add more yogurt
Serve immediately.
