1/2 cup of heavy cream (120ml)
1/4 cup of honey (60ml)
1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves (15g)

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Prepare the sauce: in a medium-sized bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Add the chocolate truffles to the fruit salad and mix carefully
Drizzle with the sauce and serve
