2 tablespoons of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of sugar

1 Blend the carrots with the water in a blender until smooth
Add the orange juice, cornstarch, and sugar and blend until a smooth cream forms
2 Transfer the cream to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
3 Pour into a chilled serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
4 Serve cold, garnished with slices of orange.
