1 1/3 tablespoon of unsweetened gelatin
1/3 cup of cold water
1/3 cup of boiling water
1 1/8 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of orange juice
a teaspoon of grated orange peel
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
3 egg whites
1 cup of whipped heavy cream
1 1/3 tablespoon of unsweetened gelatin
1/3 cup of cold water
1/3 cup of boiling water
1 1/8 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of orange juice
a teaspoon of grated orange peel
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
3 egg whites
1 cup of whipped heavy cream
Soak the gelatin in cold water, dissolve it in boiling water, and add the sugar, orange juice, grated orange peel, and freshly squeezed orange juice
Mix well
Chill in the refrigerator
When it starts to thicken, add the beaten egg whites and whipped heavy cream
Fold gently until fully incorporated
Pour into individual serving cups or a large serving dish
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
