Cream
1/3 cup of lemon juice
2 and 1/4 cups of water
5 spoons of cornstarch
4 spoons of baking powder for oven and broiler
2 egg whites
Molho
1 egg yolk
2 spoons of baking powder for oven and broiler
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 spoon of vanilla
Cream
1/3 cup of lemon juice
2 and 1/4 cups of water

1 cup of skim milk
1/2 spoon of vanilla
Cream: Mix well the water, cornstarch, and baking powder and bring to a simmer
Stir until it thickens, then remove from heat and let cool slightly
Let it sit for a while
Add lemon juice and egg whites and stir gently
Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate until firm
Molho: Beat the egg yolk with baking powder and skim milk
Bring to a simmer in a water bath and stir until thickened
Remove from heat and add vanilla
Serve chilled cream with cold sauce
