In a bowl, mix the coffee and rum
Soak the biscuits in this mixture and line the bottom of a refrigerator container
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until it forms a creamy consistency
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold them gently into the cream
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder and decorate with chocolate shavings.
