1 box of low-calorie lemon flavored gelatin
3 pears
1 box of low-calorie lemon flavored gelatin
Peel the pears
Cut them in half, remove the seeds and cook them in water with a few cloves and a cinnamon stick until they're cooked but still firm
Cut into small cubes and add to the gelatin when slightly thickened
Place into individual molds, refrigerate and let set
Serve in the same molds or unmold at serving time.
