1 can of condensed milk
1 container of fresh whipped cream
1 can of canned lychees (567g)
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
5 soup spoons of water

Place the condensed milk in a bowl and use the can as a measuring cup for the whipped cream
Beat with an electric mixer until it forms a smooth cream (1)
Set aside
Blend the lychees with the syrup in a blender, then add the cream mixture (2)
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and add to the cream (3), mixing well until homogeneous
Pour into a silicone mold with a 20cm diameter (4) and refrigerate
Wait for about 3 hours or until firm
Unmold (5) and serve chilled.
