Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the yolks one at a time and continue beating
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, the softened butter or margarine, the flour, and beat until smooth
Finally, add the milk and beat well
Pour into a caramelized mold and bake in a moderate oven (170°F) with a water bath for about 45 minutes.
