Popsicle Cream:

300g of semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of whipped cream
3 leaves of gelatin
1 cup (ch) of mixed fruit in syrup, chopped

Popsicle Cream:
Beat the eggs with condensed milk and milk
Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat, add vanilla and whipped cream, stir well and reserve
Beat egg whites until frothy and fold into cold cream mixture
Pour into a moist refrigerator and freeze for an hour
Chocolate Popsicle:
Heat milk, chocolate, condensed milk, and eggs over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Transfer to blender with whipped cream. Reserve
Beat egg whites until frothy and fold into cream mixture
Pour over the popsicle cream and freeze for an hour
Fruit Popsicle:
Beat butter and sugar
Add whipped cream and dissolved gelatin according to package instructions
Mix in chopped fruit
Pour over chocolate and cream popsicles and freeze until firm
Serve with strawberry syrup.
