Peel the mangoes and cut them into chunks
Add the mango chunks to a blender with the pulp of the passionfruit that's been strained through a sieve
Blend until you get a smooth cream

Chill in the refrigerator for two hours or until serving time
Serve in bowls with chunks of mango with skin.
