1 kg of manioc
1 1/2 cup (chá) of water (360 ml)
1 cup (chá) of condensed milk (320 g)

2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

1 Cut the manioc into pieces, peel and cook it in enough water to cover it until it's tender
Drain and reserve
2 In a pan, combine the water, condensed milk, and eggs
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the boiling point
3 Remove from heat and transfer the cream to a bowl
Gradually process the drained manioc with some of the cream in a food processor until smooth
Repeat the process until all the manioc and cream are used up
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Cover and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
