Half cup of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups of milk
2 egg yolks, beaten lightly
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of toasted hazelnuts, chopped (optional)
Half cup of cocoa powder

In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, cornstarch, and unsweetened cocoa powder
Add the milk and egg yolks, whisking well
Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a simmer
Let it cook slowly for 1 minute
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla extract
Pour into individual cups or a large bowl and let cool
Dust with toasted hazelnuts and serve
