Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add abobora, cocoa powder, and butter
Mix well
Add the orange juice and finally dissolve the cornstarch in milk
Mix until combined
Fold in the beaten egg whites into the mixture
Mix until no white streaks remain
Pour the mixture into a pudding mold greased with burnt sugar syrup
Bake in the oven, then serve chilled.
