Whisk together all the ingredients in a blender and refrigerate for an hour

Butter the skillet and place it over medium heat
When hot, pour 1/4 cup of batter and tilt the skillet to spread evenly
Cook until golden brown on both sides
Repeat until all crepes are cooked
Reserve the crepes
Filling
Mix the cream cheese with strawberry jam well and reserve
Sauce

Combine heavy cream, water, and melted butter in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer over medium heat
Add passion fruit juice gradually while whisking constantly
Let cook until slightly thickened
Remove from heat, stir in orange liqueur, and let cool
Reserve the sauce

Fill the crepes with the cream cheese mixture and distribute the passion fruit sauce on top
Serve immediately.
