Beat together the egg yolks, sugar, and salt
Add the flour and milk, beating until the batter is smooth
Beat the egg whites until they become stiff and add with care
The batter should be fine
Pour into a small baking dish, greased and flip over slightly to spread evenly on the bottom
Let it brown on one side and then flip again to brown the other side
When ready, spread a layer of raspberry gelée or your preference
Roll up the Suzette crepe, and dust with confectioner's sugar.
