200g of semisweet chocolate chips

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish on medium heat for 1 minute
Add the sugar and mix well
Microwave on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring every 2-3 times
Let it rest for some time
Microwave again on high heat for 2-3 minutes
Add the rice crespinhos and mix
Microwave on high heat for 1 minute
Pour into a lightly greased 18x25cm dish
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
As the chocolate starts to melt, spread it evenly with a spatula or knife
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Serve by cutting into bars.
