Milk Pastry Dough
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup (ch) more
2 tablespoons (scoop) of cornstarch
1 tablespoon (scoop) of vanilla cornstarch
2 cups (ch) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (ch) active dry yeast
1/4 cup (ch) unsalted butter
5 tablespoons (scoop) of milk
a pinch of salt
Whipped Cream Filling and Topping
1 jar of strawberry or raspberry whipped cream
1 package of prepared whipped cream
Milk Pastry Dough

5 tablespoons (scoop) of milk

Whipped Cream Filling and Topping
1 jar of strawberry or raspberry whipped cream
1 package of prepared whipped cream
Milk Pastry Dough: Beat the egg yolks and gradually add the two types of cornstarch
Add the flour and yeast and mix until homogeneous
Melting the butter and mixing it with milk, salt, and whipped cream
Add to the dough and mix well
Spoon into a greased tart pan and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is firm
Spread the whipped cream and let it cool
When serving, top with small, mashed whipped creams and cut into 20 pieces.
