Mix the cheddar cheese with spicy mustard and 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
Spread the mixture on the slices of cooked ham, then top them
Gently press to make it firmer
Cut into cubes about 2 cm in size
Place a toothpick in the center of each cube
Brush the sides with the remaining chopped parsley
Make about 24 cubes.
