Cubes of cucumber
One large cucumber
Fifteen sprigs of parsley
300 milliliters of water
50 grams of sugar
Bloody Mary
300 milliliters of fresh tomato juice
One teaspoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
Two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Three teaspoons of vodka
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cubes of cucumber

Cubes:
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes
Mix half of the parsley with the cucumber in a blender
Heat the water and sugar together until a syrup forms
Remove from heat, add the remaining parsley, and let it infuse with the mixture covered
Strain the liquid and mix with the cucumber puree
Pour the mixture into an ice tray and place in the freezer
Bloody Mary:
Mix together the tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and vodka
Chill in the refrigerator
When serving, season with salt and black pepper
Pour the Bloody Mary over the cucumber cubes in glasses.
