Chocolate Cumbuca

Cover a smooth surface with a piece of wax paper

Melt the chocolate in a warm water bath

Remove a spoonful and shape the base of the cumbuca on the wax paper with the melted chocolate

Fill the rubber balls and tie off the tops

Dunk one of them into the melted chocolate, covering it to about three-quarters of the ball

Remove and place over the circle of chocolate

Repeat the operation completely with the remaining balls

Await at least five minutes for the chocolate to set

Hold the ball firmly just below the nipple, preventing air from entering

With scissors, make a small cut between the nipple and your fingers and control the slow release of air, which should be very slow

When empty, carefully peel off the ball from the cumbuca of chocolate.
