Slice the bananas into rounds and place them in a large saucepan with a little water
Stir the mixture over medium heat until the bananas are tender and starting to break apart

Remove the banana mixture from the heat, let it cool slightly, then transfer it to a large serving dish
Reserve for later use

In a separate saucepan, combine the butter, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon

Pour the white fudge sauce over the banana pudding, allowing it to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator
Before serving, top with whipped cream.
