Pudding Mix
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cup of tapioca
1 cup of fresh grated coconut
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of salt
Moça's Cream
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of water
6 egg yolks passed through a sieve
Accessory
A 20x9cm mold greased with oil
Pudding Mix

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for eight hours

Check if the tapioca is soft
If not, add a little more milk and let it rest until it becomes very soft

Transfer to the mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for another hour
Moça's Cream

In a medium saucepan, cook the sugar and water over high heat, stirring constantly, until it dissolves
Stop stirring and let it simmer for five more minutes or until it becomes slightly thickened
Let it cool and gently scrape some of it with your thumb and index finger
If it slides smoothly, it's ready
Then add the egg yolks and coconut milk

Heat over high heat, stirring constantly for five minutes or until it thickens slightly
Let it cool
Unmold the pudding and cover with Moça's Cream when still warm.
