Spread the parchment papers on a surface and butter them
In a mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs
Mix the all-purpose flour until it forms a smooth dough
Preheat the oven to 220°C
On a rectangular baking sheet, place a parchment paper and spread a thin layer of dough with a spatula
Bake for three minutes or until it doesn't stick when touched
Place the still warm dough on a floured cloth
Spread a thin layer of jelly over the dough and roll it up tightly
Repeat the process to make eight doughs, reheat them, and roll them up together to form a large roll
Once ready, dust with sugar and cut into thin slices.
