Cut the vegetables into large strips and reserve
In the couscousier or saucepan, fry two chopped onions

Put 2 liters of water in the couscousier or saucepan, cover, and cook for half an hour
At the same time, soak two cups of warm water
Place the couscous grains in a large bowl and add the warm water, stirring with hands until the water is absorbed
Season with salt
Repeat the process using more cold water. Reserve
Cut the remaining onion into rings and place it with the vegetables and breadcrumbs on top of the chicken
Mix and let cook for 15 minutes
Add the raisins and cook for another 5 minutes
If necessary, add more water
Place the couscous grains at the top of the couscousier or saucepan and maintain a steady heat for 20 more minutes
Join the honey to the chicken, mix, and extinguish the fire
Place the couscous in a large plate and mix with hands the olive oil
Make a mound, uncover the top and sprinkle with salsa and cinnamon
Arrange the chicken and vegetables in the middle
Garnish the sides with breadcrumbs and raisins
Serve immediately.
