In a bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and active dry yeast
Add the unsalted butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms
Add the shredded coconut, beaten egg, and whole milk
Mix until the dough is homogeneous
Knead the dough with a rolling pin
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into shapes
Place on a baking sheet (no need to grease)
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes
Place powdered sugar in a small bowl and coat the biscuits with it as soon as they come out of the oven, making sure they are fully coated.
