Gradually add the milk mixed with eggs, heavy cream, and butter, stirring constantly
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a simmer
Cook for an additional 3 minutes, still stirring
Pour the mixture into a mold with a hole in the center, about 20 centimeters in diameter, lightly greased with butter
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Unmold and serve
