1 cup of lime-flavored gelatin

Mix the gelatin and boiling water together in a saucepan, then whisk until dissolved
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream, without beating
Beat the gelatin mixture with an electric mixer until frothy
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Grease a mold in half with oil and fill with the cucumber mixture
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold
Note: You can also use individual molds and serve decorated with lettuce leaves, for an original and delicious appetizer.
