2 packages of angel hair pasta
1 package of butter
1/2 kg of fresh ricotta cheese
1 can of condensed milk
Sauce:
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
lemon juice (a few drops)
orange flower water

Mix the sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened
Fry the pasta: frying should be in butter
Separately mix ricotta with condensed milk
Place half of the pasta with butter in a mold, so that it forms a layer about 1/4 inch thick
Cover with the ricotta mixture
Then cover with the remaining pasta
Cut into squares
Drain the sauce over the top and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
Let cool and store in the refrigerator until serving
