1/2 cup (cha) of water
3 cloves
1 stick of cinnamon, approximately 5 cm

Place the pumpkin, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon in a large pot
Add the water and bring to low heat
Cook until the pumpkin forms a syrupy consistency and becomes tender
Remove from heat and let cool
Discard the cloves and cinnamon and transfer the pumpkin with the syrup to a blender
Blend until smooth
Serve with white cheese, as a dessert or as a filling for pies.
