Cut the pumpkin into squares, removing seeds
Wash
Cook in chunks in a covered pan (do not add water to the pan, as the natural moisture from the pumpkin is sufficient)
Once the pumpkin is cooked, pass it through a ricer
Put in a pan, combine with Sugar, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg
Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the jam thickens completely
The pumpkin should transform into a shiny paste.
