3 units of passion fruit pulp
1 cup of sugar
1 and 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cup of passion fruit juice
Cinnamon to taste

Deskin the passion fruits, using only the white part of the fruit
Cut them in half and remove the pulp well
Set aside
Slice the skins into fine strips
Soak for a day or two
Make a syrup with sugar, water, and passion fruit juice made from the pulp
Add cinnamon delicately, add the drained skins and let it cook until they are tender
Refrigerate
Serve when well chilled.
