Cook the washed jaboticabas with 1 liter of water
Simmer for approximately 15 minutes
Remove from heat, let it cool, pass through a liquidizer or centrifuge, and strain (it should result in a soft pulp)
Return to low heat and reduce to half
Sprinkle powdered gelatin evenly
Remove from heat, let it cool
Serve the same day.
