Step 1: Bring to a boil in a saucepan two cups of water and let it simmer
Add the clean and cubed mother's milk, leaving room for it to come to a boil again
Drain off any excess liquid
Step 2: Place all the ingredients from Step 1 into the same saucepan and let it cook on low heat without a lid until it thickens
Step 3: Quickly remove the mother's milk pieces with a fork and place them onto a strainer to drain
When one side is dry, flip them over and let them dry completely.
