Combine peanuts, water, and peanut oil over medium heat
Stir until the peanuts are fully dissolved
Cook until the mixture reaches a soft-ball stage (test by placing a small amount of the mixture in cold water, then pressing it between two fingers - if it holds its shape, it's ready)
Slowly pour the warm caramel mixture over the stiff egg whites, beating continuously until smooth and creamy
Add the ground peanuts and place spoonfuls onto parchment paper
Allow to dry.
