2 cups of tapioca
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of cow's milk
2 cups of tapioca

1 cup of cow's milk
Mix the tapioca with the coconut, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Heat the coconut milk and cow's milk over low heat until it simmers
Pour the hot milk mixture over the tapioca mixture and stir well
Let it rest for at least an hour or more
Serve
Note: If desired, pour into a mold, let cool, and unmold.
