Prepare truffles
Place the chocolate in a refrigerated bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until it melts
Boil the cream and brandy in a saucepan and combine with the melted chocolate
Mix well
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the cream to prevent the surface from setting
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm
Roll into six balls with a diameter of 2 centimeters
Return them to the refrigerator until ready to use
Dough
Combine the chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave on medium for 2 minutes or until melted. Reserve
Beat the eggs with sugar in a blender until clear
Add the essence of vanilla, the chocolate mixture, and the butter
Stop beating and sift the flour over the dough
Mix delicately
Grease the molds with butter and dust with confectioner's sugar
Fill each mold one-third full with the dough
Place a truffle in the center and cover with more dough to two-thirds of the height
Bake in a moderate oven preheated for 15 minutes or until a crust forms
Unmold and serve warm with ice cream or coffee
