1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato

1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Combine the sugar with the sweet potato and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Add the coconut milk and continue cooking, stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Remove from heat
Add the cheese, pecans, and butter
Mix well and let cool
Shape into small balls, coat in grated coconut and garnish with a clove or pecan piece.
