4 ripe pears

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (200°F)
Place the cashew nuts, almond flour, and cold butter in a food processor or blender
Process until the cashews are coarsely chopped
Set aside
Preheat the oven to an even hotter temperature (250°F)
Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the seeds
Rub with half of the lemon to prevent browning
Arrange the pear halves with the cavity facing up on a baking dish
Moisten with lemon juice
Sprinkle with the cashew nut mixture
Place in the oven at a hot temperature for about 7 minutes
Let it rest for 8 periods.
