Boil the Roxa Sweet Potatoes
Peel and mash them with a potato masher
Mix in the Carrots, Clove, and Cinnamon, then simmer over low heat
When it starts to thicken, stir frequently so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan
When it starts to fry on the sides and can be easily separated into a ball, it's done
