Directions

Grease a marble or stainless steel surface

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, heavy cream, honey, vanilla sugar, and vanilla

Bring to a boil

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly

Pour the mixture onto the prepared surface and smooth out with a spatula until it starts to thicken

Shape quickly into a block of 2.5 cm height, then cut into squares after a few minutes

Wrap each piece individually in cellophane paper and seal with twist ties.
