4 sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
10 fresh mint leaves
4 sticks of cinnamon
8 tablespoons of freshly grated coconut
1 can of condensed milk

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly in cold water
Peel and grate them
Put them in a pot with the mint, cinnamon, coconut, and condensed milk
Let it simmer
Reduce heat and continuously stir with a wooden spoon until it releases from the bottom of the pot
Remove from heat, discard the mint and cinnamon, and pour into a greased plate
Let it cool
Roll the fritters into small balls using your hands greased with butter
Dust with crystal sugar and serve in paper cups
