2 medium avocados
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream or
1 cup store-bought heavy cream without the serum
Sugar to taste
Cinnamon to dust
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (Curacao, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier)

Cut the avocados in half
Remove the pits and all the pulp, being careful not to damage the skin
Blend the avocado in a blender with lime juice
Blind the heavy cream, if using fresh, until it becomes firm
Add sugar to taste
Combine the creamy avocado mixture and flavor with liqueur
Fill the skins again, dust with cinnamon, and serve
