4 cups of pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 leaves of mint

Combine the sparkling wine and port in a long drink glass
Add the kiwi, pineapple, sugar, and muddle with a muddler
Add mint and stir
Serve with a stirrer.
