8 tablespoons (scoop) of vodka or champagne

In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil
Let it boil and cook for 4 minutes
Remove from heat, add tangerine juice, remaining water, egg white, and mix well
Put it in the freezer and once set, remove and reserve at room temperature for 30 minutes
Blend the sorbet in a blender and put it back in the freezer for another 30 minutes
Serve in glasses, garnished with a tablespoon of vodka or champagne.
