Cook chicken in water until tender
Drain and chop. Reserve

Dice turkey, season with salt and pepper
Sear in olive oil with onion and garlic
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until meat is tender and golden brown
Add more water if needed

Process turkey in a food processor until coarse paste forms
Mix with chopped chicken, eggs, cheese, and seasonings
Let cool
Pie Crust
Mix flour, yeast, and salt
Add softened butter and mix until crumbly
Gradually add milk and knead until smooth dough forms
Assembling the Pie

Bake oven to medium temperature
Roll out half of pastry dough and line a ring mold with it

Fill pie crust with stuffing mixture
Roll out remaining pastry dough and place over filling
Crimp edges to seal
Poke top with fork for steam escape

Brush top with egg yolk glaze and bake at 40 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven

Heat water and butter in a saucepan until butter melts

Mix flour into melted butter mixture, stirring quickly to form a ball that detaches from the bottom of the pan
Dip out and mix with egg
Add food coloring and mix well

Brush pie crust with melted butter
Place spider web on top of pie and decorate with plastic spiders (optional).
